Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- In its original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or faulty item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange for the item to be returned at our expense and process your refund or send a replacement as quickly as possible.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Send the item back using the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards or vouchers
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
